Our founding principal has been the founder navigating critical decisions, the CEO delivering hard news to a board, the investor writing checks, and the board member asking hard questions. We know what these moments feel like. We've made mistakes and learned from them. That experience is most valuable when applied to someone else's decisions of consequence.

When is the right time to reach out?

When you're facing a decision that matters — closing a growth round, fielding an acquisition offer, landing a key hire, telling your board the plan isn't working, or navigating a transition you didn't expect. The earlier in the process, the more we can typically help.

When is it not a fit?

Hourly consulting or time-based billing. Projects where we can't genuinely move the needle. Engagements that aren't structured as win/win. Situations where the chemistry isn't right for both sides. We'd rather say no upfront than disappoint later.
